Alexi Windler

I was first introduced to climbing at Tufas Boulder Lounge in August 2019. Having never been involved in sports in my adult life, I was surprised by how suddenly I began to fall in love with the sport. What started out as a hobby eventually became a passion, then a lifestyle and integral part of who I am today. I decided to see if Tufas was hiring back in 2021 and have been part of the team ever since.

Since taking on a larger role at Tufas Boulder Lounge in 2022, I have taken tremendous pride in being in a better position to give back to a community that has given me so much meaning and purpose in life as well as a home away from home where I find absolute fulfillment and a genuine sense of belonging.
