High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
Starting January 21st, and offered every Tuesday and Thursday at 6 am, climbers and non-climbers alike can train with a short burst of high intensity movement intervals, followed by periods of low intensity movements or rest. This quick and convenient type of training will keep your heart rate up and burn more fat in less time while building cardiovascular fitness, improving strength, and developing lean muscle. This class will teach you about the “afterburn effect” and why it will help you long after your workout.
Starting January 21st, and offered every Tuesday and Thursday at 8 pm, Part physical, part educational, the following workshops will help you master form and strength for the following – Deadlift, Bench, Hang Core + Squat. Muscle Up, Front Lever, One Arm Pull-Up. With individualized regression and progressions you will gain the knowledge to progress on your own.
