Cait Vitale-Sullivan spent her childhood being dragged up the granite slabs of the City of Rocks, Idaho behind her mom and dad. The mountains and hills of Southeastern Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Colorado were the backdrop for her formative years.
Now, she shares her love of the mountains with a love for music, biology, acro yoga, slackline, and the climbing gym. She loves to share this love of movement and nature with others, leading programs in biology through experiential learning in school gardens, teaching acro yoga workshops and coaching climbing.
Her favorite climbing areas are the City of Rocks and the scary granite slabs of Western Norway. In her spare time, you can find her doing acro yoga, playing the fiddle, singing Swedish folk music, or performing with the lovely ladies of Svitayna, a Philadelphia based Balkan group.
