A friend of mine introduced me to climbing only about a year ago and I was hooked. I had been lifting for 5 years before I started climbing at Tufas and it was the perfect balance of strength and mobility work to incorporate into my routine. I’ve always loved Tufas’s focus on community and trying to make the sport accessible to everyone, with programming such as Pride and BIPOC nights. Although I’m still relatively new to the sport, I’m super stoked to be working support on those nights and I hope people enjoy it as much as I do.
