• Membership changes must be made by the 15th of the month
• A $15 late fee will be charged if a payment is 3 or more days late
• To restart a cancelled membership you must pay the $50 initiation fee again
  
  Freezing
• Pay $10 a month to freeze your membership
• The maximum freeze time cannot exceed 3 months in a 12 month period
• Perks are not available with a frozen membership
