Bouldering Progression 101

This 4-week progression is designed to give new climbers the fundamentals to go from “Well, I don’t really climb” to “Yeah, I’m a rock climber.” We will develop a consistent warm-up practice, learn fundamental climbing techniques, and hone our focus and intention. While anyone is welcome to join, this introductory course was developed especially for beginners who want to take their climbing to the next level. Intro to Bouldering is a great precursor to taking this 4-week progressive, but not a prerequisite.

Haven’t bouldered before and don’t know the basics? Enroll in our Intro To Bouldering classes offered every Wednesday 7 pm – 8 pm and Sunday 11 am – 12 pm.

It is recommended that you take our Intro to Bouldering class before Bouldering 101 as it will go over all the basics.
